What is the "Grip" coin case?

Grip is a coin case with a three-dimensional shape.

It is characterized by its round shape.

This was previously a standard item in Munekawa's lineup, but production was suspended for a while. After that, we received inquiries about it even after sales ended, so we decided to produce it again after a long time.

When you open the zipper, it naturally expands to the sides, allowing you to see the contents at a glance. It has more storage space than it looks, so it's the perfect size for storing not only coins but also small items such as keys, accessories, and earphones.

This is an item that should be used casually rather than treated with care. As the leather becomes more comfortable and softer, it will fit your hand better and the texture of the leather will improve.

The unique feature of Grip is its freedom of use. Try finding your own way to use it, matching it to the things you normally carry.

Minerva Box leather

The leather used for this Grip is Minerva Box, manufactured by Badalassi Carlo in Tuscany, Italy.

Minerva Box is a product that allows oil to penetrate the leather over time. It is made using a traditional tanning method called the "Vacchetta method." This method allows the leather to contain plenty of oil , resulting in a soft, moist feel.

The surface has a natural grain (fine unevenness), and each piece has a different look. Because it is not uniform, each piece has its own unique character, even within the same product, and that is what makes it so interesting.

One of its charms is that it contains a lot of oil, allowing you to enjoy its rich aging process. The more you use it, the more glossy it becomes and the deeper the color becomes.

Because it is rich in oil, the leather's appearance changes naturally just by handling it with your hands on a daily basis. Because it is a small item, you will have many opportunities to handle it, making it a leather accessory that allows you to enjoy the changes that occur as it ages up close.

Two colors available, each color is limited in quantity

This production comes in two colors: black and brown .

Black does not change color, but it will develop a glossy appearance as you use it. Brown will develop a glossy appearance and gradually deepen in color, making it a color that is easier to see the changes that occur with aging.
