Payment Terms

Delivery

Orders are normally shipped within 2 weeks after the order is placed.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you separately with further information.

Returns & Exchanges

If the Product Is Defective

We will exchange the product for a replacement. If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, please let us know.

We will cover the shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges due to product defects.

Returns for Customer Reasons

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

We accept returns except for custom-made or personalized items, such as products with name engraving, limited-edition items, and products that have been damaged or show signs of use.

Please note that, due to the natural characteristics of leather, wrinkles, vein marks, and other variations may be visible. These are natural expressions of the leather and are not considered defects or quality issues.

For returns due to the natural characteristics of the leather or for reasons attributable to the customer (such as the product being different from what you expected), the following costs will be borne by the customer:

  • Original shipping costs: Even if the order originally qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.

  • Cash-on-delivery fee: If cash on delivery was used, the actual cash-on-delivery fee incurred will be deducted from the refund.

  • Return shipping costs: Please return the product using a prepaid shipping method.

  • Return processing fee: JPY 880 (including tax)

This fee covers costs incurred at the time of shipment and cancellation, including packaging materials that cannot be reused after a cancellation.
