Munekawa accepts various repairs. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us. We will carefully repair and care for your product so that you can use it for a long time, and then deliver it to you.
Hook replacement
If the hooks become loose after a long period of use, they will be replaced with new ones.
Zipper replacement
If the zipper does not fit properly or is torn, replace it with a new one.
Frayed thread
If there are any broken or frayed threads, we will undo the pieces and resew them one stitch at a time.
