The tiny coin case Palm is a coin case that is as compact as possible, measuring 5.7cm x 6.4cm .
This is Munekawa's smallest item, but generally speaking there aren't many coin cases that are this small.
Some people may be concerned that because it is so small, "it won't hold many coins" or "it will be difficult to get coins in and out."
