A combination of two popular leathers, also loved by our staff
Horween cordovan and Maremma, which is rich in oil. We've luxuriously combined two types of leather that are particularly popular among Munekawa staff due to their excellent compatibility. As you use it, the leather will become more familiar, allowing you to fully enjoy the deep expressions of each leather and their beautiful aging.
Functions and finishes meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail
Thinness and Storage Capacity: Like the standard Cram, we focused on a structure that allows for smart portability by keeping the thickness down while ensuring sufficient capacity.
Craftsman's Handiwork: The cut edges of the leather are meticulously polished one by one over time, striving for a beautiful and refined finish.
Unique Charm: Horween Shell Cordovan, typical of American tanneries, may show small scuffs and a somewhat rugged feel from the beginning, but these are also part of the charm of Horween's cordovan. As it becomes more familiar with use, you can fully enjoy the deep, natural expression of the leather. Although it is a very delicate material, the beauty of its aging (patina) is also attractive, and its "flavor" deepens with each use.
Care to ensure long-lasting use
When you first start using it, a light brushing is sufficient. Due to its richness in oils, applying cream beforehand may cause cloudiness. If you feel it drying out, please use a commercially available cream specifically for cordovan. It is very vulnerable to water, so please be careful with sweat and rain, and if it gets wet, gently care for it before the texture changes. If it gets wet, the texture of that part may change.
