A combination of two popular leathers, loved by our staff
Horween Cordovan and Maremma, rich in oil. We've luxuriously combined two leathers that are particularly popular among Munekawa staff and have excellent compatibility. As you use it, it will become familiar, allowing you to fully enjoy the deep expressions of each leather and their beautiful aging.
Achieving both slimness and storage capacity: Similar to our classic Cram, we focused on a structure that ensures ample capacity while keeping the thickness low for smart portability.
Artisan craftsmanship: The cut edges (coba) of the leather are meticulously polished one by one over time, pursuing a beautiful and precise finish.
Unique appeal: Horween Shell Cordovan, characteristic of an American tannery, may show small scratches or a slightly rough feel from the beginning. However, this is also part of the charm of Horween Cordovan. As you use it, it will become familiar, and you can fully enjoy the deep expression of the natural leather. Although it is a very delicate material, the beauty of its経年変化 (aging) is also attractive, deepening its "character" with every use.
Care for long-lasting use
When you first start using it, light brushing is sufficient. Due to its rich oil content, applying cream beforehand can cause cloudiness. If you feel it is dry, please use a commercially available cordovan-specific cream. It is very sensitive to water, so please be careful with sweat and rain. If it gets wet, gently care for it before its texture changes. If it gets wet, the texture of that part may change.
