1. Partially unravel the thread

Carefully untie each stitch in the areas where the thread is frayed or worn.

2. Preparation for resewing

Sew together by hand or with a sewing machine, dropping the needle back into the original needle hole.

3. Thread clamp

By melting the end of the thread with a hot iron and burning it in place, it becomes less likely to come undone.

By re-stitching, the product will return to its original usability and you will be able to use it comfortably again.

If the leather is torn, it may not be possible to repair it, so please contact us as soon as possible.

• We will take the product into custody and then contact you with a quote after checking it.
• Prices vary depending on the condition, but you can expect to pay between ¥5,000 and ¥30,000.
• Please note that it will take approximately 1 to 3 weeks from the time we receive your item.
• If it is difficult for us to keep your items for a long period of time, please feel free to contact us and we will work with you to schedule your return as soon as possible.
• If you would like to request repairs by delivery, please contact us in advance by phone or email (with an attached image) before sending the product.

• We will contact you once the repair is complete.
• The customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
