Hook replacement

(Example) Replacing the snap fastener on the "Tuck" card case

1. Unhook the hook

We will use tools to remove the hooks so as not to damage the items you have entrusted to us.

2.Replacing the hook

Attach the appropriate size hook and replace it with a new hook.

With extended use, the hooks will wear out and become weaker.

If you feel any discomfort, please feel free to contact us. We will replace it so that you can use it comfortably for a long time.

-Repair procedure-

  • Hook replacement is free of charge.
  • Please note that repairs take approximately 2 days to 1 week from the time we receive the item.
  • If you would like to request a repair by delivery, please contact us in advance by phone or email (with an image attached) before sending the item.
  • Please clearly state the following: 1) Name, 2) Phone number, 3) Return address, 4) Repair area.
  • We will contact you once the repairs are completed.
  • The customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
