The Appeal and Aging of Horween Shell Cordovan

As is typical of American tanneries, some roughness, such as small scuffs, can be seen from the beginning, which is also part of the appeal of Horween cordovan.
As it is used, it will become more familiar and you will be able to fully enjoy the rich, deep expression inherent in the leather. Although it is a very delicate material, the beauty of its aging is also attractive, and it develops a deeper "character" with each use.

■Care Instructions

• Initial use: For initial use, simply brush lightly. Applying cream before use may result in too much oil, which can dull the surface.
• When dry: If you notice it becoming dry, use a commercially available cream specifically for cordovan. Munekawa's care cream is not suitable for cordovan as it contains a high amount of moisture.
• Caution: When using cream, always test it on an inconspicuous area first before applying it to the entire surface. This material is very sensitive to water, so please be careful with sweat, rain, etc. If it gets wet, the texture of that part may change.
