Munekawa's manufacturing is different.

You won't know your strengths and weaknesses until you try.
We may fail, but we believe that experience is important in everything we do.
We would like you to be fully involved in the production from the very beginning, and we encourage you to offer your opinions in meetings.
Of course, we would like you to try your hand at tasks other than production (customer service, planning, responding to emails and phone calls, order management, photography, web work, etc.) and make use of your strengths.
