Personalized engraving

1. Delivery time (delivery date)

The time required for engraving varies depending on the type of item.
Please check each product page for details.

• Engraving on finished products: up to 2 weeks

• Manufacturing time (stamping): up to 2 months

2. Engraving rules and character limits

You can enter any text you like, such as your last name, first name, date of birth, or initials.

• Recommended style: Capitalize only the first letter, then lowercase for a well-balanced look.

• Character limit:

  • Normal (first letter capitalized only, etc.): Up to 12 characters

  • If all letters are used: up to 9 characters.

  • *Spaces and periods are counted as one character each. Please contact us if you have more than 12 characters.

• Alignment: Text cannot be displayed in two lines.

3. Important Notes Regarding Your Order

• Engraving location: Each item has a designated location for engraving, and customers cannot specify a different location.

• Finish: As everything is done by hand, there may be slight variations in alignment and the intensity of the lettering. Please understand this in advance.

• Items not eligible: We do not offer engraving on certain items or limited-edition items.

  • The "Grid" shoehorn key ring can only be engraved with initials due to its design.

• Payment Method: As this is a custom-made item, cash on delivery is not available. Please use credit card payment or ID payment.

• Returns and Exchanges: We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for engraved items.
