How much does a hook repair cost and how long does it take?

We will replace the hooks free of charge. If you request delivery, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. We will repair and return the item within one week of receiving it.

[Engraving during production] Due to the structure of the item, it is only possible to engrave the name during production. It will take about 2 months to make the item from scratch. [Engraving the finished product] The name is engraved on the finished product. If the item is in stock, it can be engraved in 1-2 weeks.
