The renewed shoulder bag Caddis will be on sale from Wednesday, October 16th.
Renewal point 1.
The size has become a little larger.
The first renewal point is the " size change ."
Compared to the previous size, the width has been increased by 2cm and the gusset width by 1cm.
It may seem like a small change, but it significantly increases storage capacity.
In addition to your laptop, it's now easier to store and access larger items (such as work file folders, folding umbrellas, lunch boxes, etc.).
Renewal point 2.
The length and width of the lid have been adjusted to make it more comfortable to use.
The second renewal point is the " size adjustment of the lid ."
By increasing the length of the lid by 4cm, the lid now fits more securely.
There are three holes for the leather strap to fasten the lid, but even when fastened at the lowest position, the lid covers the container sufficiently, so there is no need to worry about the contents spilling out, making it safer to use.
In addition, we have made changes to make the lid about 2cm narrower .
This is to prevent the lid from touching the shoulder strap and causing it to curl up.
The lid plays an important role in the functionality of a shoulder bag.
It's a small adjustment, but we think it will make it even more comfortable to use.
Renewal point 3.
New pockets have been added for even more functional storage.
The third renewal point is the addition of pockets .
A small pocket has been added inside the front pocket located under the lid.
The depth is about 13 centimetres.
The pockets are shallow and have no gussets, making them ideal for storing small items that you frequently take out and put back in, such as a card case or coin case .
Caddis was designed by a Munekawa staff member, whose hobby is fly fishing, with the idea that it could be used as a serious fishing bag .
Therefore, although the bag originally had many pockets, new pockets have been added, making it even more functional for storing items according to what you put inside.
Renewal point 4.
The opening is made of double-layered fabric, making it easier to take out the contents.
The fourth renewal point is that the fabric around the mouth has been doubled .
The area around the mouth is now sturdy, making it less likely to crumple when inserting or removing the pen, making it even easier to put in and take out.
It has become an even more user-friendly and functional bag.
